Report Content or a Rights Violation
Report unsafe AI content, impersonation, privacy concerns or rights violations without an account.
Content safety and rights reports are open to everyone. No account or purchase is required.
Email support@zombie-couple.online. This mailbox also receives privacy and support requests and forwards them to the operator for review.
What to include
- Task ID, content link or other reference, if available.
- Category: NSFW, violence/gore, hate/harassment, child safety, impersonation/deepfake, intellectual property, privacy or another concern.
- A short description of what happened and, for a video, the relevant timestamp.
- A reply address if you want a response; omit unnecessary personal information.
Do not upload or email illegal content, intimate images, passwords, payment credentials or identity documents. Describe the issue and provide a reference first. Clicking the button opens your email app; you must send the email to submit the report. You can also copy the email address into your preferred mail service.
Urgent risks and response times
For suspected child exploitation, terrorism or imminent harm, use the subject URGENT — Content safety report. We target initial review within 24 hours and a decision or progress update within 48 hours. Email is not monitored continuously; contact the appropriate emergency authority for immediate danger.
High-risk reports target an initial response within 1 business day and a decision or update within 3 business days. Other reports target 3 and 7 business days respectively. See the Acceptable Use Policy for review, enforcement and appeal details.
Privacy and appeals
We limit report access and use it to investigate, respond and protect the service; relevant legal obligations may require preservation or disclosure. See our Privacy Policy. To appeal a decision, reply with the subject Content policy appeal and your case reference within 14 days; our target response is 10 business days.
