Acceptable Use Policy
Content standards, safety review, reporting, response times and appeals for AI-generated videos.
Last updated: October 18, 2026.
This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) applies to portrait uploads, generation requests, generated videos, accounts and use of Zombie Couple Video, operated by Hengyu Shen in China. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Adults, consent and fictional use
Only users aged 18 or older may use the service. Both subjects must be adults. Upload only your own portraits or portraits for which you have explicit, informed permission for this particular AI transformation and processing by our AI provider. A photograph being publicly accessible does not grant permission. Do not upload identity documents, covertly obtained images or images of public figures without their permission.
The permitted purpose is a clearly fictional, non-sexual, non-graphic zombie reunion story. Identify the result as AI-generated when sharing it; never present it as evidence of a real event. Consent does not authorize a prohibited use. Permission to use a portrait does not authorize sexual, abusive, fraudulent or misleading synthetic depictions.
2. Prohibited content and conduct
- Pornography and NSFW: no nudity, explicit sexual acts, fetish content, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, sexualized face swaps or simulated undressing. This is not an adult-content service.
- Violence and gore: no graphic injuries, exposed organs, dismemberment, torture, sexual violence, real-world threats, cruelty or glorification of harm. Mild fictional zombie makeup without blood or exposed wounds is the intended style; the zombie theme is not permission for graphic violence.
- Hate and harassment: no dehumanization, abuse, discriminatory threats or incitement against people based on protected characteristics; no targeted humiliation, stalking or intimidation.
- Child safety: no portraits of minors, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexualization of minors, or content exploiting or endangering children, including synthetic depictions.
- Deepfakes, impersonation and deception: no unauthorized use of a real person's likeness, deceptive face swaps, fabricated endorsements, identity fraud, political manipulation, false evidence or depictions falsely claiming a real person said or did something. No intimate or abusive synthetic depiction, even where the uploader asserts consent.
- Copyright, trademark and privacy: no stolen or unlicensed images, impersonation of a brand, misuse of protected characters or logos, disclosure of private information or infringement of portrait, publicity or other rights.
- Other serious harm: no terrorism, extremist recruitment, incitement to mass violence, weapons-of-mass-destruction instructions, trafficking, scams or other unlawful activity.
- Bypassing safeguards: no attempts to evade model safety checks, disguise prohibited uploads, exploit access controls or payment errors, submit automated abuse, or falsely report another user to cause harm.
3. How safety review currently works
Generation uses Kie AI's Seedance 2 model (bytedance/seedance-2). The site uses a fixed story prompt rather than an unrestricted customer prompt. That prompt excludes nudity, gore, attacks and fighting. The Kie request sets nsfw_checker: true; provider safety rejections are treated as failed requests rather than playable results.
Our upload checks validate file type, dimensions and size and require an adult-subject permission confirmation. These technical checks do not establish age, consent, ownership or content safety. Provider filtering can miss violations. We do not claim that an independent image/video moderation API checks every input and output, or that every video is approved by a person before delivery.
The operator reviews content-safety reports and relevant task and service records, and may review the reported inputs or output when necessary to investigate. Access is limited to what is needed for that case, under our Privacy Policy. This is an operator-managed review process, not a staffed 24-hour moderation team. This policy does not represent that any payment provider has approved the business.
4. Report unsafe content or a rights violation
Anyone, including a person without an account, can use Report content or email support@zombie-couple.online with the subject Content safety report. Reports are reviewed by the operator. For suspected child exploitation, credible threats or other immediate danger, prefix the subject with URGENT and contact the appropriate emergency authority if someone is at immediate risk. Email is not an emergency service.
Provide a task ID, page or video reference if known, the violation category, a short explanation and a reply address if you want updates. You do not need to purchase credits or prove that you are a customer to report. Do not attach illegal material, intimate imagery, passwords, full card details or identity documents. Send references and descriptions first; we will request additional evidence only when necessary and appropriate.
We handle reports as confidentially as reasonably possible, limit disclosure to those who need to investigate, and may disclose information where required by law or necessary to protect someone. We cannot promise absolute anonymity. Good-faith reports do not result in retaliation; knowingly false or abusive reports may be restricted.
5. Response targets and investigation
The following are operational targets from receipt of a sufficiently detailed report, measured in China Standard Time (UTC+8). Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays in China. Shorter legally required deadlines take precedence. These targets are not a guarantee of continuous monitoring.
- Critical: suspected child exploitation, terrorism or credible imminent harm — initial review targeted within 24 hours; protective action as soon as identified, with a decision or progress update targeted within 48 hours.
- High risk: non-consensual intimate content, deceptive impersonation, serious gore or targeted threats — initial response within 1 business day; decision or progress update within 3 business days.
- Other violations: hate, harassment, rights complaints and other policy concerns — initial response within 3 business days; decision or progress update within 7 business days.
We locate the content, assess severity and available evidence, take protective measures where appropriate, and tell a reachable reporter whether action was taken or more information is needed, subject to privacy and investigation limits. If the review needs more time, we explain the reason and revised target. An email draft opened on your device is not a submitted report: send it in your email application.
6. Enforcement
Depending on severity and available evidence, we may reject a request, warn a user, require an unlawful use to stop, disable access to hosted content, restrict further service or terminate service for serious or repeated violations. These actions are case-based; this policy does not claim an automated account-ban system. Confirmed critical violations receive priority protective action, and information may be preserved or reported to competent authorities where legally required or appropriate.
We do not charge again simply to investigate a report. A confirmed technical failure follows the existing credit-restoration process. Policy enforcement does not automatically forfeit paid credits or authorize an extra fee; unused credits, purchase disputes and mandatory consumer remedies are handled under our Refund Policy and applicable law. We cannot recall copies already downloaded or shared outside this service.
7. Appeals and policy changes
To appeal, email support@zombie-couple.online within 14 calendar days of the notice, with the case or task reference, your reasons and any relevant non-sensitive evidence. We aim to respond within 10 business days or explain an extension. The operator reconsiders the evidence; we do not promise an independent review team that we do not have. You may still exercise any rights or remedies provided by applicable law.
Material policy changes will be dated on this page and communicated where appropriate or required by law. Questions, reports and appeals use the working support address above.
